SEMI-CUSTOMIZABLE CAKES

The semi-customizable cakes below require longer lead time, but in some cases we can fit them in with less.

Suggested lead times:
Single-tiered cakes: 2 weeks.
Multi-tiered cakes: 4+ months, up to a year for cakes made during peak wedding season.

CHOOSING a size

Choosing a size depends on a a few factors. For example, if your event is very cake-focused and you want to make sure you have a slice for every single guest, go for 100% of your guest count. If your event is larger and you will have other food being served, accounting for somewhere between 75%-80% of your guest count is typically more appropriate.

SIZING GUIDE

Most servings are on the larger size for our four-layered cakes, coming in at approximately 1” x 2” x 5.5”. Because of this, you may also want to consider having your caterer cut those slices in half so you can stretch your cake further (this is a great option if you want to have a variety of flavors or will have other desserts).

A few notes:
-We do not recommend curd fillings or anything that needs to be kept refrigerated for multi-tiered cakes that are meant to be out on display for long periods of time.
-If you would like the outside of your cake to be white, we recommend a finish in Vanilla as it compliments almost every flavor combination. Almond, Coconut and Cardamom will also work.
